These terms cover usegather.co and the Gather waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. The Gather app will come with its own terms when it launches.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
• It doesn’t promise early access or a launch date. We’ll email you once, when Gather is ready.
• Only sign up with an email address that’s yours.
• You can leave at any time by emailing hello@usegather.co.

What we do with your email is set out in our privacy notice.

Using the site

Please don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, or use it to send spam or automated sign-ups.

Our content

The Gather name, broom logo, words and designs on this site belong to David Adegoke. You’re welcome to share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse its content without asking.

No guarantees

We describe Gather as it’s planned today, and details may change before launch. The site is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss that comes from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits anything we can’t legally limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim where you live.
